Naaman Earns 2016 Google Faculty Research Award

Mor Naaman, associate professor at Cornell Tech and the founder of the Connective Media hub, has been named a recipient of the 2016 Google Faculty Research Award. Honoring those who will have an impact on how future generations use technology, the recognition offers Naaman the opportunity to work directly with Google researchers and engineers.

Receiving the award in the Human-Computer Interaction category, Naaman is one of six Computing and Information Science faculty who received the Google Faculty Research Award.

The five other winning Cornellians are all from the Department of Computer Science: Rachit Agarwal, Lorenzo Alvisi, Adrian Sampson, Immanuel Trummer, and Robbert van Renesse.
