Jazmin Collins

About

Jazmin Collins is a current PhD student in Information Science at Cornell University. Her work focuses on virtual and augmented reality (XR), primarily on improving XR accessibility or using XR as an accessible tool for blind/low vision and neurodivergent populations. She is also broadly interested in video game accessibility and investigating the impact of video games on mental health for neurodivergent individuals. Prior to Cornell, Jazmin received her bachelor's degree at Arcadia University, double-majoring in Computer Science and English Language and Literature, with a minor in Japanese. She also holds an accredited TEFL certification to teach English as a foreign language. She is currently working with Dr. Shiri Azenkot in the Enhancing Ability Lab.

Areas of Interest: HCI, Accessibility, Virtual Reality, Game Accessibility
