About
Jingruo Chen is a Ph.D. student in Information Science at Cornell University. She is broadly interested in responsible and user-centered AI design, including how people make sense of and interact with AI-generated content on social media, and how they collaborate with AI agents across contexts. Her research also explores how AI can support human communication, cognition, and social interaction in everyday digital environments. Prior to Cornell, Jingruo earned her B.S. in Quantitative Social Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
