Dan Adler works in the People-Aware Computing Lab, under the supervision of Tanzeem Choudhury, with additional advisory support from Deborah Estrin and Fei Wang. His research focuses on understanding how data can improve mental health care delivery.

Tanvir Ahmed is a Ph.D. student in Information Science, advised by Professor Rajalakshmi Nandakumar at Cornell Tech. His research focuses on using signal processing and AI for healthcare applications. Prior to Cornell, he completed his bachelor's and master's in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET).

Yuanchen is a Ph.D. student in Information Science, advised by Prof. Angelique Taylor at Cornell Tech. Her research focuses on Human-AI/Computer/Robot Interaction (HAI/HCI/HRI). Before joining Cornell, she obtained her Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Michigan – Shanghai Jiao Tong University Joint Institute.

Dan Bateyko is a Ph.D. student in Information Science focusing on artificial intelligence and the administrative state. Prior to Cornell, Dan worked at the Stanford Internet Observatory, the Center on Privacy and Technology at Georgetown Law, and The Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society at Harvard University. His work has been supported by a Google Public Policy Fellowship, an Internet Law & Policy Foundry Fellowship, and a Thomas J. Watson Fellowship. Axel Bax is a Ph.D. student in Information Science at Cornell University advised by David Mimno and Matthew Wilkens in the Cultural Analytics Lab. He uses computational methods and geospatial analysis to study literature. Prior to Cornell, he received a B.A. in English and Psychology and an M.S. in Geographic Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University. 
 

Federica Bologna is a PhD student in Information Science focusing on Natural Language Processing, Cultural Analytics and Computational Social Science. She is interested in studying cultural and social issues by combining computational text analysis and quantitative methods with humanistic knowledge. Prior to joining Cornell, she received an undergrad degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures and a Master's degree in Modern, Post-colonial and Comparative Literature at the University of Bologna, Italy
 

Alexandra Bremers is advised by associate professor Wendy Ju. Her research investigates human-robot collaboration for physical manufacturing and fabrication.

Zekun is especially passionate about the dimension of time and the element of transition, which are naturally rooted in deformable origami, active materials, and sensing technologies. Prior to Cornell, she worked as an HCI researcher at the University of Tokyo and completed her MA degree in the Design Products program at the Royal College of Art.

Jingruo Chen is a Ph.D. student in Information Science at Cornell University. She is broadly interested in responsible and user-centered AI design, including how people make sense of and interact with AI-generated content on social media, and how they collaborate with AI agents across contexts. Her research also explores how AI can support human communication, cognition, and social interaction in everyday digital environments. Prior to Cornell, Jingruo earned her B.S. in Quantitative Social Analysis from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Pelinsu is currently a Ph.D. student in Information Science at Cornell University focusing on Human-Computer Interaction. She is currently advised by Prof. Susan Fussell. Prior to joining Cornell, she received a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering with a minor in Psychology from Sabancı University, İstanbul, Turkey.

Jazmin Collins is a current PhD student in Information Science at Cornell University. Her work focuses on virtual and augmented reality (XR), primarily on improving XR accessibility or using XR as an accessible tool for blind/low vision and neurodivergent populations. She is also broadly interested in video game accessibility and investigating the impact of video games on mental health for neurodivergent individuals. Prior to Cornell, Jazmin received her bachelor's degree at Arcadia University, double-majoring in Computer Science and English Language and Literature, with a minor in Japanese. She also holds an accredited TEFL certification to teach English as a foreign language. She is currently working with Dr. Shiri Azenkot in the Enhancing Ability Lab.
