Breanna E. Green is a PhD candidate in Information Science at Cornell University. Her current research focuses on online responses to political violence in the U.S. using NLP and computational social science methods. Before arriving to Cornell, Breanna earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Psychology from Prairie View A&M University and the University of Texas at San Antonio, respectively. She also spent time working as a research analyst in the institutional research department of a large community college in Texas. Her primary advisor is Drew Margolin, Associate Professor within the Department of Communication and field faculty for Information Science.
