Travis Lloyd is a Ph.D. student in Information Science focusing on Computational Social Science, Social Computing, and Tech Policy. He is interested in studying how new technologies impact power relationships in society. Prior to joining Cornell he spent almost a decade working as a software engineer for organizations ranging from large public companies to small legal aid startups. He holds a combined A.B.-Sc.B degree in Computer Science and Music from Brown University.
