Rosamond Thalken is a PhD student in Information Science studying digital humanities, cultural analytics, and natural language processing. She is interested in using text analytics to study literature, legal documents, and gender. Rosamond’s research also concerns digital privacy and language policing in relation to the broad application of natural language processing. Prior to attending Cornell, she received undergraduate degrees in English and Film Studies at the University of Nebraska and a Master’s degree in English Literature at Washington State University.
