Firry Yang is a Ph.D. student at Cornell Information Science department, with research interests in Network Science, Computational Social Science, and Science of Science. He is also interested in applying advanced data science and machine learning techniques to analyse problems in Game Theory and Economics. His current focus is on modelling resource allocation in various social and natural networks using both analytical and computational methods. Before joining Cornell, Firry obtained his master's degree in Statistics from the National University of Singapore and his bachelor's degree in Maths from Cambridge University.
