Background
Shannon earned her Master of Education from the University at Buffalo in Higher Education Administration. Before supporting the Information Science Department Chair at Cornell, she held various roles at other institutions in academic advising and student support. Commencement is her favorite time of year when everyone celebrates the hard work put forth in helping students achieve their goals. Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the outdoors, most notably anything to do on or near the lake. You can find her on the weekends at the Farmer’s Market supporting local farms or watching a Buffalo Bills football game.
