Cornell Computing and Information Science's Lillian Lee has been named one of the 56 new ACM Fellows for 2018.
The Fellows program recognizes the top 1 percent of ACM members for their outstanding accomplishments in computing and information technology and/or outstanding service to ACM and the larger computing community.
Lee was credited for contributions to natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and computational social science. Lee and the rest of the 2018 Fellows will be formally recognized at an ACM banquet this summer.
