Three Cornell Computing and Information Science faculty recently received a grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) to continue their research examining the increasingly prominent role of digital technologies in intimate partner violence. The grant will further the collaboration between Info Sci's Nicola Dell (Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute at Cornell Tech) and Tech's Tom Ristenpart, along with Info Sci's Karen Levy and NYU's Damon McCoy. The group will investigate the development of new tools, techniques, and theories to combat technology-enabled abuse, in partnership with the New York City Mayor’s Office to End Domestic and Gender-based Violence.
